Until few years ago, I had never seen a Shakespeare play on stage, and when I finally did, it wasn’t exactly love at first sight. But something stuck, and I decided to learn more, so I started this blog to chart my way through the Bard’s plays. I started in April 2016, and finished just couple hours shy of 2017 on New Year’s Eve, reading and blogging a play per week. I used the Oxford Complete Works by Stanley Wells to read the plays, and Arden Shakespeare introductions for secondary reading, but the opinions are all mine.
Here’s a complete list Shakespeare plays; asterisk marks plays I have seen live. Click the name of the play for the post.
